• Tiled terrace is surrounded by flowering gardens, and holds a number of sun loungers.
• Enclosed on its only non-walled side by salvaged 19th century iron gating from a wagon wreck left in the lavandiere courtyard.

Other amenities include a utility room with washing machine and drying rack. There is a telephone, with an itemised bill to be paid accordingly by renters prior to departure.
